We'll conduct an initial physical analysis to create a regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account current fitness, potential injuries, limitations and nutrition. You will then be guided through an entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your training inside and outside the gym, your diet and your lifestyle, complemented by our outstanding support service.

COACHING AND TRAINING SERVICES

One-on-one personalized workouts designed to make you stronger from the inside out. With personal training, the focus is you - we design a program specific to your health and fitness goal and work with you to achieve them. 

Results Measurement

Every 6-8 weeks (depending on your program), we provide a comprehensive progress report that shows your individual progress relative to your specific health and fitness goals. During your workout sessions, we not only give you exercise-specific direction, but also explain the reasons behind our methods so you’ll know exactly what we’re doing and why.

BODY RECOVERY

Andreas Pilavas is a passionate, dedicated sportsman with over 15 years of experience in the world of Professional Basketball, having achieved championship glory and medals in the Small Nations Cup, Fiba Euro Challenge, Fiba Eurobasket and the Cyprus Basket League.

A fully qualified NASM personal trainer, Andreas brings his talent and experience to Personal Fitness with the same drive and determination he brings to the basketball court. With years of first-hand knowledge, and a wealth of experience at his disposal, Andreas recognises that temptations and distractions can cause people to easily lose focus and fail to reach their goals to become healthier, fitter or achieving higher levels of performance, and takes this challenge head on to aid others in reaching their goals.

Having overcome the challenges of suffering from Kartagener Syndrome, Andreas is no stranger to adversity, but supported by his family, friends and his teammates, he has risen to become a central figure in Cypriot Basketball, having twice Captained National teams and receiving the award for Best Young Player in Cyprus Basket League.

Andreas believes that sports training builds strong, self-disciplined characters who gain confidence and happiness at achieving their goals. Whether it is getting in shape, losing weight, or performing at a higher level – Andreas Pilavas is the man to lead their transformational journeys to success.
